1. What age one can start practising Yoga?
The minimum age for yoga practice is 5, starting from Five year till the end of life one can practice yoga; yoga texts clearly says children’s, youths, old people , diseases like this every one can practice yoga.

2. My body is stiff, can I practice yoga?
The flexibility is different for each individual, Flexibility not a matter for yoga practice, if one practices yoga regularly surely he will get flexibility.

3. How often I should practice yoga?
Yoga has to do regularly, one should take yoga as a part of daily routine, In case one have lack of time at least practicing 4-5 days in a weak with 45 minutes each day is better.

4.Is yoga is religious?
No. Originally yoga was practicing for spiritual purpose, but for anyone to get more concentration on their religious practice yoga is surely helpful.

5. How should I breathe while doing yoga?
One should breathe only through the nose, except some pranayamas (breathing exercises).

6.Is Yoga helpful to reduce weight?
Compare to other exercises the burning of calories is less in Yoga, but the way of reducing weight is different in yoga. Weight is also increasing due to disorders of systems like, endocrine, digestion etc... Yoga practice makes all systems in good condition, in that way it will helpful to reduce weight. Monthly one can expect maximum 2-4 kg reduction of weight through yoga.

7. When ladies should not do yoga?
During menstrual periods and during first three months of Pregnancy ladies shouldn’t do yoga practice.

8.Can pregnant ladies practice yoga?
After 3 months of pregnancy ladies can practice yoga, it’s very effective for easy delivery. But they should learn under proper guidance. After 3 months of delivery one can restart yoga.

9. Is one should be vegetarian for yoga practice?
Yoga recommends vegetarian satvic diet, but one need not to be vegetarian for yoga practice.

10. My body is shaking in some postures, why?
Beginning stage of yoga learning body vibration is common because the muscles are weaker, as practices advances one can get steadiness.

11. Is sweating is common while doing yoga?
Yes, beginning of yoga practices sweating is common in most peoples, the impurities in the body going away from the body through sweat.

12. Which is the best time for yoga practice?
The best time for the yoga practice is early morning. traditionally 2.14 minutes before sunrise is the best time it is called as brahmi muhurta, that time the body and mind both are fresh, so one can involve more in practice,.
But if one doesn’t have time, in morning he can do in evening also, but after noon is not a right time for yoga practice.

12. How much time needed after yoga practice to take the food?
For practicing yoga one should keep at least 3hrs after food. After half an hour of yoga practice one can take food; where as water one can take anytime.

13. Can I learn yoga through book or CD’s?
No, one should not learn yoga by watching TV or books, because while learning if you make mistakes then no one is there to correct you, if you practice wrongly instead of getting benefits it will harm the follower.

14. Is yoga helps to cure diseases?
Yes, Yoga is the best solution for psychosomatic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, Asthma etc.If one is healthy also it will helpful to maintain good health.

15. I am healthy person does I need to do yoga?
Yes. Our intention of life is to lead a healthy life for a long duration. Diseases coming in old age are a natural process, but the regular practice of yoga extends any type of diseases entering to the body. So to keep the better health long time even a healthy person should practice yoga.
