WHY YOGA?

The regular practice of Yoga is good for maintaining health compare to all other physical exercise, due to its extreme benefits as well as its superiority. The some of the main difference between the Yoga practices along with the physical exercises are listed as below.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOGA AND EXERCISE

1. By the exercise body becomes stiff and inflexible.
1. By the practice of yoga the body become flexible

2. Exercises affect only muscles, not nerves.
2. Nerves get properly affected.

3. Blood will not be purified
3. Yoga removes all impurities from the blood.

4. Unregulated breathing is observed after the practice.
4. Harmonized breathing is observed breathing is regulated.

5. Digestion becomes weak as blood supply to other parts of the body increases.
5. Digestion improves by the regular practice of Yoga.

6. Only external muscles get affected.
6. Affects internal organs as well.

7. Only Physical body gets affected.
7. All the bodies including the spiritual ones get affected (benefited).

15. Old people cannot practice Exercises.
15. There is no Age limitation for yoga practice.

16. Equipment and large spaces are needed.
16. No equipment is needed and yoga can be done in little space.

17. During travels exercise is not possible.
17. Yoga can be done during traveling.

HOW TO ADJUST TIME FOR YOGA?


As the technology advances, life is becoming more mechanical and materialistic. The physical work is very less compare our elders. The internet and mobile phones made us busier, People are addicting more and more materialistic things. Even people not spending proper time for their own daily routine works. In these busy, competitive life of present world most people feeling harder to adjust time for yoga.

The first question coming is how long we have to practise every day. With regard to health if one practises at least one hour in a day it’s far better to maintain good health. But getting one hour is harder due to shift duties and family problems, and busy schedules etc., so at least 45 minutes if one spent in a day its good. Early morning is the best time for the practise of Yoga one has to try start daily routine with yoga. But beginning few days its harder to adjust oneself to maintaining time, so better to join nearest yoga centre and spent one hour there for at least 2 months, with in two months of regular practise one will surely get most benefit of yoga and the followers health will be far better compare to the earlier days. So naturally by experiencing this one will addicted to Yoga. When you feel the real happy ness and beauty of yoga practise you won’t feel it to stop. So always try to push yourself first one month with maximum effort.

Its general thinking that just wasting one hour for yoga, in that one hour work more and earn more.. But if you spent one hour of your day, your efficiency of work, freshness in body and mind in remaining 23 hour will be surely doubled, this is experience of my lots of students, Lot people after stating yoga felt enormous increase in their efficiency of work, working mood.

In life we cannot stop 4 things , they are Janma( birth) , Mrthyu( death),Jaraa( old ages),Vyadhi( diseases) but out of these one can extend the entry of diseases to the body, for example If one is going to attack by diabetes at the age of fifty if he following yoga it wont enter him till seventy five, so by following yoga one can extend the disease entry to him, If one really wants to lead a healthy long life it’s not a big problem to adjust time for Yoga, so try to be addicted for yoga.
